The Business Development Manager identifies, prioritizes, and closes new developers/publishers who integrate and use NativeX’s platform to monetize their mobile applications. This includes negotiation and internal/external communication to ensure that new clients are successfully launched and transitioned to Developer Relations.
 
Essential Job Duties:
 
  1. Identify, prioritize and close new developers/publishers who integrate and use NativeX’s platform to monetize their mobile applications. Focus attention on the highest priority accounts that are in line with NativeX’s company strategy.
  2. Negotiate contracts according to NativeX’s revenue, gross profit, and other business objectives.
  3. Work with Developer Relations to aid in the successful transition of relationships post initial contract and launch.
  4. Plan, develop, and evaluate new client-driven initiatives on an on-going basis; participate in cross-functional teams as needed.
  5. Recommend areas for new technology development that will permit the capture of new markets and products. Work with Product Management and Engineering to provide solutions for new potential clients.
  6. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients. Ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver NativeX’s business objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain a positive reputation within the industry.
  8. Understand applicable laws and best practices followed in the industry; work with Legal team to ensure compliance.
  9. Represent NativeX, its Mission, Values, programs and achievements at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
  10. Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary. 
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned. 
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  2. 0-10+ years of experience (all experience levels welcome to apply)
  3. Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
  4. Strong initiative as well as excellent teamwork.
  5. Contacts in the mobile gaming community are a huge plus. 
  6. Must be able to travel up to 10%.
