ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Advertising Sales is responsible for the development/execution of ongoing account maintenance through a variety of functions which are outlined below:
  • Research, prospecting, marketing, cold-calling, presenting, and closing. You own the sales cycle, prospect to close, and have the support of a world-class Customer Experience team to ensure continued support after the sale.
  • Execute sales tactics, implement marketing strategies and deliver effective sales presentations with passion, and consistently ask for the business.
  • Provide valuable feedback to management to improve on sales and marketing strategies
  • Become a valuable asset in the business community by boosting your clients’ businesses through their digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the Client Success Manager in the oversight of projects and remain knowledgeable at all times about the status of projects to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage the regular development and distribution of all administrative documentation (i.e., status reports, campaign results, etc.).
  • Develop quarterly competitive analysis and present to internal teams.
  • Keep abreast of client’s business and associated news in assigned segments to provide on-going and as-needed POV’s and recommendations on client opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS in Advertising or Marketing preferred.
  • 1-2 years Digital Media experience gained in an agency, professional services firm or client-side environment and a demonstrated interest in advertising.
  • Project management experience, good organizational skills and demonstrated success within a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in multicultural segment (Asian-American markets) is a plus.

  • Successful at managing complex timelines, meeting deadlines, anticipate upcoming issues/client needs, and proactively working with senior management to resolve them.
  • Strong presentation, organizational skills, project management, analytic, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter that is resourceful & has a high level of personal initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly collaborative team.
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately via oral & written channels.
  • Working knowledge of the web, G Suite, MS Office, and presentation tools.
